Diana's 50 min session:

Consisting of 50 minutes of training, we recommend it for people who want to lose weight or see results fast, at least 3 times a week. You can schedule it 24 hrs. before and pay before your session begins.

Consiste en 50 minutos de entrenamiento, lo recomendamos para las chicas que quieren perder peso y ver resultado rapido, por lo menos 3 veces por semana. Puedes programar tu session 24hrs antes y pagar antes de iniciar la clase.

Diana's 12 sessions:

Consists of 12 sessions of 50 minutes each  session and are pay in advance, when you choose the days and hours. To maintain this low price, we cannot accept cancellations or changes once you have settle on your days and times, We ask you to help us maintain a consistent schedule for the benefit of all!

Consiste en 12 sesiones de 50 minutos cada session, las cuales se programan con antelacion. Para mantener estos precios bajos les recordamos que no se haceptan cancelaciones o cambios despues de programar las sesiones, por favor ayudanos a mantener nuestra agenda para el beneficio de todos!
